We welcome Members’ help and support to ensure that the Society
continues to flourish and prosper. Here are some ways in which you can help:
At meetings

• Support monthly meetings and the Annual General Meeting.
• Bring a friend, neighbour or family member.
• Donate a raffle or tombola prize.
• Bring plants and garden-related items for the sales table.
  At Shows:
• Enter at least one item in each Show.
• Attend the Shows and bring family, friends and neighbours.
• Donate surplus plants, cakes, jams, jellies, preserves or other produce for sale. Proceeds go to the Society’s funds.
• Bring plants and garden-related items for the sales table.
  Other times:
• Introduce new Members.
• Suggest ideas for outings and new Classes for Shows.
• Help at events.
• Help to publicise Society events.
• Offer lifts to Members who do not have transport.
